1. The subject of the contract is to take out a long-term loan to finance the investment by the Municipality of the City of Kowal in the amount of PLN 2 million for the construction of a sports hall in Kowal. The repayment schedule and the launch of loan tranches can be found in Annex No. 1.

2. In the event of a successful tender, the Ordering Party shall submit the following documents to the Bank: reports, resolutions and opinions of RIO, etc.
