The subject of the order is:
Provision of services consisting in: Collection and management of municipal waste from owners of residential properties and owners of uninhabited real estate, on which there are summer houses or other real estate used for recreational and leisure purposes from the commune of Izbica Kujawska.
A detailed description of the subject of the contract and the general characteristics of the commune in the context of collection and management of municipal waste is included in Annex 11 to the ToR.
The subject of the contract is the collection and management of municipal waste arising and collected from the owners of real estate residing in the commune of Izbica Kujawska and from collective points from the area of recreational plots located in the commune of Izbica Kujawska. Type of waste that is the subject of the contract: unsorted municipal waste (residues from waste segregation), paper, cardboard (waste paper, cardboard), metal, plastics, multi-material packaging, glass, biodegradable waste, including green waste, waste batteries and accumulators, waste equipment electric and electronic furniture and other bulky waste, construction and demolition waste (including waste tar paper) used tires foils and bags after fertilizers, ash, expired drugs and chemicals, waste not eligible for medical waste generated in the household as a result of receiving products medications in the form of injections and monitoring of the level of substances in the blood, in particular needles and syringes, waste of textiles and clothing. The contractor is obliged to collect municipal waste:
a) from owners of residential properties,
b) owners of uninhabited real estate with holiday homes or other real estate used for recreational and leisure purposes,
c) from a selective municipal waste collection point,
d) from seven collection points located around recreational plots.
1.3. Types of waste collection equipment:
a) bags,
b) containers.
The contractor is obliged to provide residents with bags (capacity 80 l - 120 l) specified in the Regulation of the Minister of the Environment of 29.12.2016 on the detailed method of selective collection of selected waste fractions (Journal of Laws of 2017, item 19) colors for selective waste collection (not applicable to Housing Cooperatives from ul. Polna). The contractor is obliged to deliver to the headquarters of the Municipal Office in Izbica Kujawska after signing the contract in December 2019, 500 pieces of each bag of each color (blue, yellow, green, brown).
In addition, the Contractor is required to provide 20 containers with a capacity. 1100 l for summer plots. The date and place of delivery will be agreed in advance with the Purchaser.
