The object of the contract is the allocation of collective hospitalization and medical expenses insurance to the staff of New Samusocial ASBL.

The insurance will cover:

- all New Samusocial staff members who have reached a total of six months of seniority, regardless of the type of contract (main insured);

- if requested, the person with whom the staff member lives as a couple, namely his or her spouse or cohabitant included in the same household composition (secondary insured);

- if requested, the children of staff members or of the person with whom the staff member lives as a couple, namely his or her spouse or cohabitant included in the same household composition (secondary insured);

- if requested and provided that the option is exercised, retired staff members (principal insured);

- if requested and provided that the option is lifted, the persons with whom the pensioned staff members live as a couple (spouse or cohabitant included in the same household composition);

- if requested and provided that the option is lifted, children included in the same household composition of the retired staff member or of the person with whom the retired staff member lives as a couple (spouse or cohabitant included in the the same household composition);

- if requested to continue their contract, the widows and widowers of staff members as well as their children, included in the same household composition.
