The purpose of this contract is the selection of investment service providers to ensure the responsible active management of mandates composed of bonds and other debt securities issued in dollars of the “High Yield” category.
Eliminatory criterion:
Taking into account the outstanding amounts of the FRR and the amounts entrusted to management, the company in charge of financial management or the global managing entity to which this company belongs must demonstrate an outstanding amount under management (under active management exclusively) of a minimum amount of five hundred (500) million euros in corporate bonds “High Yield” category “issued in dollars.
