The service contract is aimed at managing and operating five psychosocial rehabilitation centers for people with severe and long-lasting mental illness in different areas of the Community of Madrid. Psychosocial rehabilitation centers are conceived as a type of specialized psychosocial day care center in which individualized psychosocial rehabilitation programs and support for community integration and social support activities are offered, aimed at people with serious and lasting mental illness and especially to those with greater difficulties in functioning and integration, to help them regain the maximum degree of personal and social autonomy and promote their maintenance and integration in the community.
