The new construction of a center for future technology (ZFZ) in Wildau serves to locate further technology companies. With the 4-storey building halls of up to 750 m 2 Area and completed office units, with areas up to 399 m 2 arise.

Overall, the gross floor area (BGF) is approximately 9 560 m 2 of which stand approx. 2,300 m 2 as a hall space available and about 5 650 m 2 can be rented as office space.

The building height is limited by the zoning plan to 15 m.

The tendered works are floor coating works, in particular:

- Floor coating OS10,

- Derivative EP coating 3-4 mm R 1 on double bottom / calcium,

- Dissipative EP coating 2 mm on steel fiber plate,

- EP litter cover 4 mm with non-slip backing. R11 on steel fiber plate,

- Dissipative EP coating 2 mm on floor plate in the EC.
