The Norwegian Directorate of Immigration [UDI] hereby invites tenderers to an open tender contest where the objective is to enter into a framework agreement for the arrangement and purchase of consultancy services.

The objective of this tender invitation is for UDI to enter into a framework agreement with one provider who effectively finds the best candidates in the market, and who can assist UDI in achieving access to consultants with different comprehensiveness and expertise in the specified subject areas. The agreement shall also ensure that UDI is equipped for a basic modernisation process that will require many competent resources.

The agreement will be signed for 2 years, with option for a further 1+1 year extension.
