The renovation will be carried out on a road viaduct along the provincial road No. 812 Biała Podlaska – Chełm – Krasnystaw at km 127+337 over the Rejowiec-Chełm railway line in Zawadówka.
1. The scope of works includes m.in.:
− Preparation of the construction site.
– Introduction of temporary organization of substitute traffic, in accordance with the developed and approved project of temporary traffic organization.
– Construction of structures protecting the space under the facility against contamination of the track and adjacent areas for the duration of renovation works.
– Dismantling of the existing equipment of the facility.
– Execution of new insulation under the pavement caps and on the platform slab.
– Reconstruction of pavement caps on the object limited by stone curbs and cornice boards made of polymer concrete. The reconstruction consists in the demolition of the old superstructure together with the existing pipes fi 160 mm (2x 4 pcs.) and the construction of a new one, with built-in pipes fi 110 mm (2x 3 pcs.). New stone curbs and new polymer concrete cornice boards will be installed. The new caps will be covered with epoxy resin surface.
– Execution of a new drainage of the facility in the form of drains, drainage filters and sewage from stone cladding.
− Repair of bituminous expansion joints.
– Execution of the binding and abrasion layer of the roadway on the object and on the access roads to the facility along with the replacement of concrete curbs on the access roads. Niweleta after renovation in accordance with the existing state.
− Installation of new bridge barrier rails on the site.
− Installation of electric shock shields, attached to the barrier railing on the object.
– Execution of shotcrete on the side surfaces of the viaduct (along the entire length of the viaduct span) and the bottom of the span (over the railway tracks of line No. 7 and the siding track).
– Local repairs of concrete in places where cracks occur on supports and wings.
− Anti-corrosion protection of concrete surfaces of the building with protective coatings.
− Execution of slope stairs with steel balustrades.
− Cleaning, profiling and strengthening of slopes within the facility.
− Execution of the sewing process.
− Restoration of road markings.
− Installation of measuring points on the structure of the viaduct span.
– Cleaning and renovating existing wells draining water from the facility. Execution of a new well casing using a concrete palisade mounted on cement-sand mortar.
– Tidying up the area and liquidation of the construction site.
2. The detailed scope of works is included in the technical documentation, Technical Specifications for the Execution and Acceptance of Construction Works and the Bill of Quantities constituting the auxiliary part of determining the number of works.
3. The Contractor undertakes to comply with the agreement approved by PKP Polskie Linie Kolejowe S.A. Regulations for temporary traffic and to agree and annex them on an ongoing basis. All costs related to amendments to the Regulations shall be covered by the Contractor.
4. Fees for the occupation of railway areas and exclusion of the overhead contact line (reconstruction and adaptation of the network along with its reconstruction after round-the-clock closures), as well as other costs resulting from the implementation of the task shall be borne by the Contractor.
