The subject of the contract is the physical protection of the object and property of the Regional Environmental Protection Inspectorate in Warsaw and the Chief Inspectorate of Environmental Protection at 110A Bartycka Street in Warsaw in the form of a one-person precinct round-the-clock on Saturdays, Sundays, holidays and non-working days and on working days from 15.00 to 8.00 with the assistance of the intervention group.

The object of the order is the physical protection of the object and property of the Provincial Environmental Protection Inspectorate in Warsaw and the Main Environmental Protection Inspectorate at 110A Bartycka Street in Warsaw in the form of a one-person post round-the-clock on Saturdays, Sundays, holidays and days off work and on working days from 15.00 to 8.00 with the assistance of the intervention group. Pursuant to Article 95 of the Public Procurement Law, the Contracting Authority requires employment by the contractor or subcontractor on the basis of the employment relationship of persons performing the contracts indicated by the Contracting Authority. Type of procurement activities covered by employment requirements based on the contractor or subcontractor of the persons performing the activities during the execution of the contract, the method of verification of those persons, the contracting authority to control fulfilment by the contractor, the requirements relating to the employment of those persons and the sanctions for failure to comply with these requirements are set out in the model contract constituting Annex No 4 to the SWZ.
