The purpose of the contract is to carry out the demolition and reconstruction of the communal swimming pool of Lessines.
The works covered by this contract include the development of the surroundings, demolition and dismantling, closed covered structural works, the installation of specific installations, completions and special techniques.
The Sports Centre and its current cafeteria must continue their activities during all phases of construction.
The pooling of certain technical equipment - such as the new electric cabin and metering units, the heating and cooling system - requires perfect anticipation of the different phases of execution: for example, the rapid construction of the electric cabin and the new boiler room to benefit from the power supply and a heating system of both sets.
The successful bidder takes this into account when establishing its prices and schedule (phasing of the site).
On the other hand, a swimming pool is a highly technical work that requires perfect collaboration between all the trades involved.
All materials, equipment and installations selected by the Company for their implementation interact according to their particular layout, their size, their technical and dimensional specificities in particular.
The configuration of the tanks, the type of connections, the size of the ventilation units, the specific technical equipment, the lockers, the cabins, the harmonized modular formats of the tiles, etc., all these elements will be determined before the start of the work because they are taken into account for a coordinated realization of the works. Thus, the legal mobilization period is used by the designated Company to conclude its subcontracts and propose, from the beginning of the project, for the approval of the Management a very complete list of the main stakeholders in the project and in the wake of the Technical Sheets of the equipment, materials and finishes that it intends to implement in order to carry out the detailed execution plans and thus validate the dimensions, Openings and other provisions necessary for a concerted elaboration of the works of the structural phase.
A list of the proposed subcontractors as well as the precise details of the position(s) that will be allocated to him (have) (s) will accompany the offer under penalty of nullity of it.
No modification of this list will be accepted in case of notification of the order or during the work phase except major cause (death, liquidation or bankruptcy).
Subcontracting cascades are prohibited: only one subcontractor per position is allowed who will employ one hand
of works expressing themselves perfectly in French (comprehension through verbal communication).
The legal mobilization period is used by the designated Company to finalize its contracts with all the subcontractors in order to present, from the beginning of the site, all the Technical Sheets in order to select the equipment and supplies to carry out the detailed and execution plans for the approval of the Works Management.
In his offer, the Contractor attaches a detailed site schedule (firm AND conditional tranches) accompanied by diagrams and illustrations. This note and this schedule illustrate his mastery in organizing his site according to the deadline expressed in calendar days and demonstrates that he has integrated into his thinking the market items for which delivery times are particularly important because of the international economic situation.
