The subject of the contract is the construction of a pedestrian and bicycle route with a length of about 520.00 m and a width of 1.5 m), along the county road No. 1441N. The route was designed to widen the existing sidewalk to a width of 3.00 m, which allows it to be transformed into a pedestrian and bicycle path. As part of the task "Protection of natural resources of the Municipality of Stawiguda" – Co-financing agreement no. RPWM.05.03.00-28-0014/20 Priority Axis V Natural environment and rational use of resources, Measure 5.3 Protection of biodiversity.
This contract does not cover the following construction works, included in the design documentation: street lighting, felling of trees, assembly of small architecture objects (separate procedures have been announced for the implementation of the above works).) 7. 1. The subject of the contract is the construction of a pedestrian and bicycle route with a length of about 520.00 m and a width of 1.5 m), along the county road No. 1441N. The route was designed to widen the existing sidewalk to a width of 3.00 m, which allows it to be transformed into a pedestrian and bicycle path. As part of the task "Protection of natural resources of the Municipality of Stawiguda" – Co-financing agreement no. 2. The scope of work includes: preparatory works, including removal of humus, construction of the road surface made of phaseless concrete cubes, execution of curbs and edges, execution of exits, vertical and horizontal marking, finishing and accompanying works, construction of a technological channel and reconstruction of telecommunications cables.
3. The contract in question shall not cover the following works taken into account
in the design documentation: execution of street lighting, felling of trees, assembly of small architecture objects (separate proceedings have been announced for the implementation of the above works.)
4. The scope of the subject of the contract also includes the preparation of as-built documentation together with
with obtaining final administrative decisions enabling the use of the facility or effective notification of commencement to the use of the facility on the basis of a power of attorney granted by the Ordering Party
3. The scope of the Subject of the contract also includes the performance by the Contractor of all works that are directly and indirectly related to the performance of the Subject of the contract, and thus the Contractor's obligations include all tasks, elements and works that are covered by the technical documentation and related to the subject of the contract. In particular, the scope of the contract covers all temporary works and accompanying works, the performance of which is necessary to perform the contract in accordance with the technical documentation and the requirements of the Ordering Party indicated in the SWZ.
4. The Contractor undertakes to perform the construction works covered by the Agreement
with due diligence, in particular in accordance with:
1) a contract,
2) the Contractor's offer
3. technical documentation
4) with the applicable regulations and principles of technical knowledge,
5) documentation of the proceedings,
6) with the guidelines of the Ordering Party.
5. In the event of discrepancies between the documents referred to in paragraph 4, the final decision shall be taken by the Ordering Party. The Contractor is obliged to inform
about the occurrence of discrepancies, the Ordering Party and the Ordering Party shall immediately respond to the Contractor within the time limit possible for the Ordering Party.
