The subject of the contract is the service entitled: "Provision of an organized and individual transport and transport service of disabled students from the Wielka Wieś Commune to kindergartens, schools and educational centers in the city of Krakow by a specialized car along with the provision of care during travel in the school year 2023/2024; 2024/2025, in the period from 01.09.2023. until 30.06.2025."

The subject of the contract is the service entitled: "Provision of an organized and individual transport and transport service of disabled students from the Wielka Wieś Commune to kindergartens, schools and educational centers in the city of Krakow by a specialized car along with the provision of care during travel in the school year 2023/2024; 2024/2025, in the period from 01.09.2023. until 30.06.2025."

The service will be provided by specialized vehicles adapted to the transport of disabled people. The Contracting Authority requires the Contractor to provide an organized and individual delivery and drop-off service. Estimated number of kilometers per day: approx. 380 km from the Wielka Wieś Commune to facilities in the city of Krakow. The estimated number of disabled children for organized transport – 20. The number of disabled children may change during the execution of the order "+/-" by 6 people. Estimated number of disabled children for individual transport – 1. The number of disabled children may change "+/-" by 2 people. The service of transport and drop-off of disabled students must be carried out by at least 3 (three) buses with a capacity of at least 7 seats for transported students (not counting the driver's and guardian's seats), including at least 1 (one) bus should be adapted for students in a wheelchair and drivers with the right to drive vehicles of the appropriate category. In addition, one (1) vehicle for individual transport. Detailed conditions for the performance of the contract are specified in the model contract in accordance with the Appendix. No. 13 to SWZ. The order covers transport of disabled pupils/students – in the form of organised and individual transport – from their place of residence to a nursery school/school/educational centre – hereinafter referred to as the "institution" and transport after classes – also in the form of organised and individual transport – to their place of residence, on the route: home – institution – home. The transport will be carried out on school days/pre-school classes, according to the planned routes, hours and number of children indicated in the Terms of Contract. The Contractor shall provide the Contracting Authority in writing with a detailed schedule for the transport of disabled children and a detailed schedule of children covered by individual transport for a given school year within 5 working days before the beginning of the school year, and the Contracting Authority shall accept these schedules by submitting, also in writing, an appropriate statement. Schedules must include: a detailed description of the route with the number of kilometers, travel times and mobile phone number to the driver. If it is possible to combine courses, i.e. transport more than 1 child to different places of study within one course, the Ordering Party reserves that only the distance to the farthest institution will be taken into account for the settlement of such a course.
