The subject of this tender is the awarding of various caretaker activities at the client's Nuremberg location.
Specifically, this tender concerns janitorial services provided by an external company in the areas of winter service, emergency call, locking service and representation or support of the BGHM caretaker.
The caretaker employed by BGHM is not on call and works at the working hours stipulated in the collective bargaining agreement. He also does not live at or in the administration building.
To ensure the safety of the house and to ensure the fulfillment of traffic safety obligations (esp. Winter service), an external company is required.
In the event of vacation and/or illness, a replacement of the caretaker (e.g. when looking after external companies) must be ensured.
- The winter service is remunerated with a lump sum per year, as it is not foreseeable how many operations will be carried out in a winter. This is to be invoiced at 50% on 15/02 and 15/11 of each year.
- The monthly flat rates for the emergency call service and the locking service include the provision of readiness for any emergency calls and the daily locking service. Billing takes place quarterly, on 15.03., 15.06., 15.09. and 15.12.
- Emergency call calls (24 hours a day, 7 days a week) will be billed on an hourly basis according to actual expenditure with surcharges for night or Sundays and public holidays, if applicable. The remuneration is to be invoiced to the client monthly in arrears, enclosing the timesheets. In the past, an average of 1 use was billed annually.
- The substitution for the caretaker is estimated to be 500 hours per year.
The costs for substitution and support can only be billed on proof (monthly billing). Therefore, only the hourly rate can be specified in the price sheet. The remuneration is to be invoiced to the client monthly in arrears, enclosing the timesheets signed by the client.
Timesheets not signed by the client will not be accepted.
At the beginning of the contractual relationship, a briefing must be given to get to know the local conditions and technical equipment.
A maximum of 600 hours per year is required (maximum quantity).
For further details, please refer to point 2 of the bill of quantities, document 03.
