Scope of the assignment
The framework agreement is intended to cover the customer's need for Flower and Planting Work.Planting of flower boxes in Kiruna will take place in Tekniska Verken's and Kirunabostäder's premises on Jägaregatan.Planting of flower boxes in Vittangi will take place in Tekniska Verken's premises on Vinsavägen.
Flower arrangements in the client's flower boxes and pots
The plants shall be potted in size approx.8 cmThe plants shall also be marked and of the first class of commodity. Well suited to bloom or well-developed buds and contain 50% flowers.
Flowers are adapted to the size of the pots/ boxes and the climate.
Overview of the item
Kirunabostäder and Kiruna Commercial Properties own and manage a total of about 2,160 apartments, 28,000 m2 of commercial space and manage about 190 000 m2 of municipal operating premises such as schools, retirement homes, bathhouses, sports halls and the like for Kiruna Municipality.
The framework agreement is intended to cover the client's needs for flowers and planting work and green space management.
2 agreements will be signed, separately for Flower and Plantations and one for Green Space Management.
The contracts are signed per tender area.
In 2022, the volume of the framework agreement amounted to approximately SEK 700,000.
Distributed as follows:
Flower and planting: SEK 200,000
Grönyteskötsel: 500 000kr
The ceiling volume for all contracting authorities is estimated for the framework agreement period (4 years) to amount to a maximum of 3 MSek (excl. VAT).
The volume above shall be viewed as an information and is no guarantee of the working volume of the framework agreement.
In connection with larger projects or in larger individual purchases, the requester reserves the right to request separate tenders.
The contract may not be transferred to another party without the consent of the purchaser.
