On the basis of the agreement concluded on 27/04/2023 in Stężyca, in accordance with Article 37(2) of the Act of 11 September 2019 PPL (Journal of Laws of 2019, item 2019, as amended), the Contracting Authority entrusted the Municipality of Stężyca, Parkowa 1, 83-322 Stężyca, with the preparation and conduct of the procurement procedure for the supply of a heavy rescue and firefighting vehicle pursuant to the Act of 11 September 2019 of the Public Procurement Law. The Municipality of Stężyca will conduct the procurement procedure on behalf of and for the benefit of of the Ordering Party, acting as a representative of the Contracting Entity.
