The subject of the contract is the successive delivery of laboratory materials for scientific and research purposes to the Ordering Party's headquarters.

The contract was divided into lots for which partial tenders were permitted:

Part No 1 - Sarstedt laboratory materials or equivalent,

Part No. 2 - Starlab laboratory materials or equivalent.

The subject of the contract is the successive delivery to the Ordering Party's headquarters of laboratory materials for scientific and research purposes of the manufacturer indicated in the name of this part or equivalent to them, hereinafter: laboratory materials, materials, assortment.

The deadline for delivery of each partial order is no longer than 21 days from the date of its submission or, in justified cases, a date will be agreed between the Parties. In such cases, the Contractor is obliged to provide a written justification to the Contracting Entity.

A detailed description of laboratory materials, including their names and the quantity expected to be purchased within 12 months, has been specified in the appropriate assortment and price list, which is Annex 2.1 to the SWZ.
