In a first stage, the contractor is commissioned with the required services from service phases 1-4 (basic assessment, preliminary planning, design and approval planning). The client then intends to provide the contractor with the services of execution planning and preparation of the award (service phases 5 to 7) in a second stage, with property monitoring and documentation services (service phase 8) and in a fourth stage with the services the property management (service phase 9).
The client intends to completely renovate a multi-storey building on its own property at Nikolaus-von-Halem-Straße 26-32 in Brandenburg an der Havel. The construction project is a block built around 1960 in 0.8 MP design with gable roof formation, full basement, which was partially modernized in 1997/1998. The residential building consists of 4 staircases.
The services of the contractor must be performed on the following dates:
Design planning: end of January 2023
Approval planning: end of March 2023
