Dunea currently has one supplier for object security and surveillance services. The contract with this supplier is ending. With the conclusion of a new agreement for these two types of services, Dunea wants to guarantee continuity of service.

Additional objectives are:

a) maintain the basic security level;

b) increasing the number of successions achieved within the set arrival time;

c) appointing an overall foreman (and his replacement) from a Dunea location;

d) continuity in the knowledge assurance of the security officers;

e) good cooperation between the PAC (Private Alarm Center) and the surveillance service;

f) exploration of corporate social responsibility within this sector;

g) surveillance service must be able to be controlled by object security;

h) surveillance service will take over more follow-ups during the day from internal Dunea breakdown services.
