The subject of the contract is the conclusion of a framework agreement for the supply of medicines for the operation of drug programmes for SPSZOZ "Zdroje"
The subject of the contract is divided into 30 parts called packages. The Contracting Authority allows for the submission of partial offers. The offer should cover the entire subject of the contract in a given package.
In a given package (task), the contracting authority envisages concluding a framework agreement with one contractor due to the specificity of the subject matter of the contract.
The contracting authority provides for the award of the contract – in accordance with Article 313(1) of the PPL Act – under the terms of the contract specified in the framework agreement, without conducting a procurement procedure.
