The assignment is for transport from 2 transfer stations in Vestfold at Grinda and Rygg to Sirkel Glass AS' reception facility, which is currently located at Onsøy in Fredrikstad. Glass and metal is to be delivered here for material recycling.

The total amount of glass and metal packaging is estimated to be 4230 tonnes per annum. This will be split between 580 tonnes/annum at Grinda and 3650 tonnes/annum at Rygg.

A contract will be signed for 5 years, with the Contracting Authority having the right to an extension for 1+1 year.

The assignment comprises the transport of glass and metal packaging from 2 transfer stations in Vestfold at Grinda (Larvik) and Rygg (Tønsberg) to Sirkel Glass AS' reception facility in Fredrikstad. The total future amount of glass and metal packaging is estimated to be 4230 tonnes per annum. This will be split between 580 tonnes/annum at Grinda and 3650 tonnes/annum at Rygg. A biogas vehicle must be used. The biogas vehicle must be in place 3 months after the start-up of the contract at the latest.
