Certia Oy requests to submit an offer for licenses in accordance with the invitation to tender for the contract period 01.01.2024 - 31.12.2026 + one (1) year option option.

The offer is binding and must be made in Finnish. The entire procurement process is in Finnish. By submitting a tender, the tenderer agrees to the terms of the invitation to tender and its annexes, and the tenderer does not have the right to attach to his tender any conditions that conflict with the invitation to tender and its annexes.

The products and services offered must comply with the directly binding regulations of the European Union, Finnish laws and regulations and regulations issued by the authorities.

Certia currently has UiPath product licenses in place. The licensed UiPath product has implemented various robotic functions in Certia's and customers' systems. The object of the acquisition is licenses corresponding to current licenses and their maintenance.

The implementation of robotized functions has required significant programming work and training, and the functions are an integral part of the systems and processes of Certia and its customers. Replacing the product would result in incompatibility, duplication of processes and costs, and unreasonable technical difficulties.

The licences must be technically and entitledly identical to the current licences.
