The subject of the contract is the implementation of the municipal waste collection service from owners of inhabited and uninhabited real estate, on which waste from the city and commune of Kisielice arises and their management, described in Annex 1 to the ToR.
1. The subject of the contract is the implementation of the municipal waste collection service from owners of inhabited and uninhabited real estate, on which waste from the city and commune of Kisielice is generated and their management, includes:
1) selective collection of municipal waste (in accordance with the regulations on maintaining cleanliness and order in the Kisielice commune in force during the term of the contract - Annex 9 to the ToR of the following waste fractions:
a) mixed up,
b) paper and cardboard,
c) metals,
d) plastics,
e) multi-material packaging,
f) glass,
g) biodegradable municipal waste, including bio waste,
h) green waste,
i) expired drugs and chemicals,
j) waste batteries and accumulators,
k) waste electrical and electronic equipment,
l) furniture and other bulky waste,
m) construction and demolition waste,
n) used tires,
o) dangerous,
p) ineligible for medical waste generated in the household as a result of receiving medicinal products in the form of injections and monitoring the level of substances in the blood, in particular needles and syringes,
q) textiles and clothing.
Data on the amount of individual types of waste to be managed from the area of the Kisielice commune - based on data for 2018.
