The subject of the contract is the supply of Texaco Ursa Premium engine oil in accordance with the demand specified in Appendix 1 to the Agreement. The petroleum products which are the subject of the contract are intended exclusively for the needs of the Contracting Authority in order to provide services closely related to the subject of the business, i.e. rail transport.
