Framework Agreement on Presentation Technology

Displays

The subject of this award procedure is a framework agreement to be concluded for the purchase and supply of digital presentation technology and associated services with a term of 48 months.

The term begins on the day the contract is awarded, but at the earliest on 01.09.2023.

The award takes place in three lots with 6 device classes.

Lot 1:

Displays

Service as on-site support (on-site consulting)

Fittings

Training for the displays

Services

The subject matter of the envisaged framework agreement is not exclusively the supply of hardware. The contractor shall provide the customer with the following additional support services, which include both work contract and service contract services:

• Montageleistungen (Werkleistung)

• Training (service)

• On-site consulting (service)

The type and scope of the support services can be found in the specifications and in the service description. The services are provided only on call.

The displays are retrieved as required.

During the agreed agreement period, the models can generally be updated or updated according to the current state of the art and at the agreed conditions (successor model), whereby the standard configuration specified in each case for essential components (motherboard and other driver-dependent components) must have an availability of at least 12 months.

In addition, the framework agreement contains the following points:

(a) the scope of delivery of the presentation technology offered shall include at least:

The scope of delivery depends largely on the relevant device classes and is therefore specific to the performance requirements.

Common to all device classes is the following scope of delivery:

- a power cable (including power supply) for connection to the low-voltage network (mains voltage 230 volts +/- 10%, Germany), length: 1.5 m - 2.0 m

- the return of the packaging of the delivered hardware shall be carried out by the contractor.

- If drivers are required for the use of the offered displays or other software is included as standard, this must be made available for download for all operating systems mentioned. This also applies to updates, bug fixes or new releases for the duration of the framework agreement. The drivers and the software can be integrated by means of software distribution, such as SCCM .

- one HDMI 4K cable pcs/h at least 3 m

b) Maintenance at the client (on site):

Maintenance at the customer's premises (on site) is 36 months from delivery of the equipment (see Section 8 of the framework agreement).

Troubleshooting according to expenditure outside the free maintenance service

If a claim occurs that is not covered by the free maintenance service (e.g. due to the fault of the client or after expiry of the warranty period), the contractor will prepare a cost estimate (lump sum for the provision of a cost estimate in accordance with "specifications") and send it to the client's procurement. On the basis of the cost estimate, the customer shall decide on the rectification of the fault and, if necessary, commission the contractor.

(c) Disposal:

In accordance with legal requirements, the contractor shall dispose of the delivered displays after the end of use. Disposal must be carried out professionally (see Section 17 of the Framework Agreement).

trainings

The contractor shall provide training for the technical staff. Training courses on the administration and use of the offered hardware are to be carried out.

Bedarfsschätzung

The expected non-binding requirements for devices per device class are shown below. Please note that this estimated demand does not give rise to a claim for complete acceptance.

Lot: Device type: Planned number in 48 months:

1 display with at least 55" 368 pieces

1 display with at least 65" 228 pieces

1 display with at least 75" 124 pieces

1 display with at least 85" 104 pieces

This does not include project-related quantities and special requirements of individual units and in-house operations.

We would like to point out that despite central procurement, no exact monthly purchase quantities can be predicted.

The contractual relationship is limited to a maximum amount of 1,751,185.60 euros plus VAT. (maximum value) and is therefore limited not only to the term, but also to the maximum value.

The subject of the envisaged framework agreement is not only the supply of hardware, but also associated logistics services and services as on-site support (on-site consulting). It must be ensured that deliveries within the logistics chain (delivery, transport, warehouse management, reports) take place on the specified date. The presentation technology including accessories is to be supplied by a contractor up to and including assembly and commissioning.

The presentation technology is called up as required.
