The present contract for social monitoring-animation of the OrcoD system concluded for a period of one year renewable annually four times maximum, without exceeding the total duration of five years maximum.

It will concern a perimeter of 14 residential condominiums, which are treated as a priority under the scheme. This market has a dual scope:

- on the one hand, to carry out social surveys that will make it possible to calibrate the level of public subsidies that may be allocated by funding bodies (Anah, adp ...) to inhabitants who would be eligible to carry out major rehabilitation work;

- on the other hand, to provide advice and assistance to the inhabitants of condominiums financially impacted by any rehabilitation project;
