Description:

The subject of the contract is collection and management by recovery (excluding storage) of waste with the code 19 12 12 by the Contractor - other waste (including mixed substances and items) from mechanical treatment of waste other than listed in 19 12 11, produced at RIPOK in Legnica at ul. Rzeszotarski. Collection and development of the above-mentioned waste will take place in accordance with the current permits held by the Contractor or Subcontractor. Collection of waste with code 19 12 12 will take place in transport organized by the Contractor at his expense. The maximum amount of waste to be collected during the contract period is 13,500 Mg. Weighing of waste collected by the Contractor will take place first on the legalized balance of the Employer located in RIPOK, and then on the balance of the Contractor. Description of the subject of the order is Annex 1 to the contract template, which is Annex 4 to the ToR.

The service should be provided in the system of gradual waste collection every business day from 07:00 to 15:00. The contracting authority provides for 3 to 10 courses per day on a business day. The number of courses and hours of waste collection are subject to change after prior agreement by the Parties. The waste is stored loose without roofing and in this form will be loaded onto the means of transport provided by the Contractor. Loading will be done by the Employer with equipment enabling efficient filling of the Contractor's means of transport. The ordering party has equipment (excavators and loaders) capable of loading standard moving floor semi-trailers. Waste with the code 19 12 12 will be ready for collection by the Contractor after the following processes: - sorting mixed municipal waste on a 90 mm drum sieve in the amount of approx. 72.75% of the expected waste. The Ordering Party reserves that during the performance of the order the drum screen may be changed to a sieve with a mesh diameter of 80 mm, - manual sorting of raw material waste with code 15 01 06 and similar in the amount of approx. 17.88% anticipated for waste collection, - manual-mechanical processing of bulky waste with the code 20 03 07 in the amount of approx. 9.37% anticipated for waste collection. Technical parameters of waste code 19 12 12: - calorific value - approx. 10 MJ / kg, - humidity - approx. 30%, - chlorine - below 1%, - sulfur - below 1%. The given results were determined on the basis of tests carried out by an accredited laboratory. The collected waste batches may differ as to the technical parameters given above. Therefore, any differences will not constitute grounds for claims by the Contractor against the Employer. The weight at which the Contractor will weigh the collected waste must have a valid verification certificate, which the Contractor will be obliged to present at the request of the Employer. The weighing will be confirmed each time by a weight receipt, made available to the Ordering Party at his request (not more than twice a month). On the basis of weight receipts, the Contractor will be obliged to issue a weighing statement for a given month, which will be the basis for determining the amount of waste collected by the Contractor and issuing an invoice. The amount of waste will be billed on a monthly basis. After each billing month, the Contractor shall provide the Employer with a statement indicating all recovery processes to which the collected waste has been subjected, together with an indication of the weight of this waste. The Contractor shall be solely responsible for all damages, losses and losses in waste generated during their transport from the moment they are collected from the Employer until the recovery process is completed. The Employer reserves the right to perform at the Contractor's expense up to 5 times during the validity of the waste treatment installation audit in order to check the actual handling of waste by the Contractor. Pursuant to art. 29 paragraph 3a of the Public Procurement Law, the Employer requires employment by the Contractor and Subcontractors on the basis of an employment contract: 1) at least 2 People performing activities in the field of waste transport (drivers), 2) at least 1 Person performing activities overseeing the contract and coordinating the performance of the contract.
