The purpose of this contract is:

i) phase I: the supply and installation of control cabinets for all the infrastructures comprising the ski lift located along Annette and Lubin Hill at Spa;

ii) phase II:

a) the inspection and the preventive maintenance of all the infrastructures allowing the normal operation of the 2 cabins constituting said lift;

b) the repair of these infrastructures in case of breakdown and malfunction.

ii) phase II:

a) the inspection and the preventive maintenance of all the infrastructures allowing the normal operation of the 2 cabins constituting said lift;

b) the repair of these infrastructures in case of breakdown and malfunction.
