Purchase of electricity for the Purchasing Group, which includes facilities belonging to: UAM, UMP, AWF, UPP, UEP. The contract was divided into 3 lots: Lot 1 – purchase of electricity for tariff group B, Part 2 – purchase of electricity for tariff group C, Part 3 – purchase of electricity for tariff group G. The size of the contract specified in the CMS is an estimated amount calculated on the basis of previous electricity consumption and determines the amounts on the basis of which contractors are obliged to calculate the price of their bid. The actual energy consumption during the term of the contract may be less than the value specified in the RBS. The contracting authority does not provide for the award of contracts referred to in Article 214(1)(7) and (8) of the PPL.

Purchase of electricity for tariff group B in a total amount of approximately 19 764 MWh, with expected purchases by individual units:

• UAM - 9 633 MWh/6m-cy,

• UMP - 6 650 MWh/6m-cy,

• AWF - 950 MWh/6m-cy

• UPP - 1 158 MWh/6m-cy

• UEP - 1 373 MWh/6m-cy

Actual energy consumption during the term of the contract may be less than the value specified above. Purchase of electricity for tariff group C in the total amount of approximately 6731 MWh, with expected purchases by individual units:

• UAM - 2 620 MWh/6m-cy

• UMP - 153 MWh/6m-cy

• AWF - 305 MWh/6m-cy

• UPP - 3 521 MWh/6m-cy

• UEP - 132 MWh/6m-cy
