Monetra Oulu Oy sourcing services requests your offer of tableware and household goods, kitchen appliances, meal containers and food carts to its customers (also referred to as "subscribers") in accordance with this invitation to tender and its appendices.

The contract period is scheduled to start on 1.4.2020. The commencement schedule is an estimate and the contract will not be concluded until a written agreement has been signed.

The date of signature of the contract is the date of signature of the representative of the subscriber and the selected supplier must sign the contract without delay, but no later than two (2) weeks after the contract is submitted to the supplier for signature. Monetra Oulu Oy has contract management at Cloud and contracts are signed electronically.
