The subject of the contract is the provision of a service consisting in the collection and management of municipal waste from properties where residents live in the Tuszyn Commune, Eastern Łódź District, Łódź Voivodeship, in a way that ensures the achievement of appropriate levels of recycling, preparation for reuse and recovery by other methods and reduction of the mass of biodegradable municipal waste sent to landfill, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1469, as amended) and executive acts, as well as the provisions of the Waste Management Plan for the Łódź Voivodeship and local law in force at the time of contract performance.

on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1469, as amended) and executive acts, as well as the provisions of the Waste Management Plan for the Łódź Voivodeship valid at the time of performance of the contract and the provisions of local law, in particular specifying the detailed manner and scope of providing services in the field of collecting municipal waste from property owners and managing this waste, regulations for maintaining cleanliness and order in the Tuszyn commune.

The subject of the contract includes the provision of a service consisting in the collection, transport and management of municipal waste generated on inhabited properties where municipal waste is generated, in the Tuszyn Commune, in accordance with the applicable regulations in this regard. The subject of the contract includes the collection of waste from single-family and multi-family residential properties, from the Selective Waste Collection Point and from pharmacy points. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract, terms and conditions of service, frequency of waste collection and other information relevant to this procedure are set out in Appendix 1 to this Terms of Use - "Detailed description of the subject matter of the contract", which is an integral part of this Terms of Reference.
