1. The subject of the contract is delivery to the City Hall of Piła, Staszica Square 10, 64-920 Piła 284 pcs. portable computers and 6 pcs. Tablets.

2. All delivered computers and tablets must be brand new, unused, free from physical and legal defects and should have a manufacturer's warranty.

3. The subject of the contract is described in detail in Annex 5 to SWZ Detailed description of the subject of the contract (hereinafter referred to as SOPZ).

The Ordering Party requires that the subject of the contract be performed in accordance with this annex, the requirements specified in the SWZ and in the Draft provisions of the contract.

4. The parameters required in the Detailed Description of the subject of the contract should be understood as the minimum parameters that must be met by the delivered equipment.

5. The supplied equipment must have the necessary wiring, power supplies and all other components to ensure proper installation and use.

6. The equipment must be supplied with all the necessary indefinite licenses to use these functionalities, specified in the SOPZ, necessary to operate and provide the required functionalities.
