It is a common public procedure for subcontracting for four different hospitals, University Hospital Antwerp, AZ Voorkempen, AZ Monica and AZ Klina.

The tenderer to whom the assignment is awarded will supply and invoice each hospital separately, in accordance with the arrangements set out in this specifications and the general conditions of delivery and purchase of each hospital separately. If the arrangements in this specifications differ from the general conditions of delivery and purchase of a hospital, the arrangements in this specifications will prevail.

Delivery Place: Pharmacy of the respective hospitals

— AZ Monica campus Deurne, Pharmacy service, Florent Pauwelslei 1 at 2100 Deurne (refrigerated products) and via loskade warehouse Dascottelei 139-141, 2100 Deurne (all other products),

— University Hospital Antwerp, Pharmacy department, Wilrijkstraat 10, 2650 Edegem,

— AZ Voorkempen, Oude liersebaan 4 at 2390 Malle,

— AZ Klina, pharmacy service (Loskade 1), Augustijnslei 100 at 2930 Brasschaat.

Purchasing Center:

In application of Articles 2, 6 o a and 7 o a of the Law of 17.6.2016 on public procurement, AZ Klina vzw will act as a procurement centre in the sense that it is public procurement or framework contracts relating to works, supplies or services places intended for contracting authorities or contracting entities. The commissioning board acts as a procurement centre for the placement of the assignment up to and including the assignment. The purchasing centre no longer acts on behalf of the participants in the context of the execution of the assignment. The orders placed on the basis of the contract concluded by the purchasing centre are therefore not done by the purchasing centre itself, but by the participants who are allowed to use the contract concluded by the commission centre. Therefore, the supplier or service provider's invoices will never be paid by the purchasing center.
