It is a one-off assignment. A contract in the form of a contracting agreement is concluded, of which the underlying RAW specifications form an integral part.
The activities consist of;
- Preparatory work;
- removal of the current device;
- the installation of the new equipment (sewerage, foundations, asphalt pavements, public lighting);
- carrying out additional work.
The work to be carried out is located in one specific area within the municipal boundaries of the municipality of Cranendonck and falls solely under its responsibility. In the execution of the contract, many activities are so closely linked that there is a contract that forms a single technical and economic whole. Based on this, there is no question of a merged assignment.
The scope of the assignment is such that the entire work for an average civil engineering company is easily feasible.
