• ICT governance;

• sourcing;

The realization of ‘A digital public sector’ challenges, among other things, existing sector and business strategies, responsibilities related to the services, management and delivery models, and scourcing strategies. There will be a need for competence to work with related municipal challenges.

Frequency and scope of competitions is somewhat uncertain, expected value is approx. NOK 10 000 000 per year.
