The purpose of the contract is to contract services for the design, development, implementation and maintenance of the website and intranet of Puertos del Estado, including layout, style guides, configuration of sections and publication of content, as well as training users in content management and publication tools. All this in accordance with the provisions of clause 2 of the Technical Specifications and with the scope and content described in clause 3 of the aforementioned Specifications.
