Winter service takes place in the traffic areas of the Federal Chancellery in Berlin. Winter maintenance is to be provided for the period from November 1 to December 31 and from January 1 to April 10 of the following year. The areas must be cleaned and traffic-safe by 7 a.m. Sufficient intermediate cleaning courses to ensure traffic safety are to be taken into account depending on the requirement (max. 3 work steps per day). For events, a work column must be available on site until the end of the event, if necessary. Local statutes are to be considered by the contractor.
