Purpose of the framework agreement and the subsequent contracts: The purpose of the framework agreement is to establish the terms governing the contracts to be awarded on the basis of this framework agreement during its lifetime and which will have as their object the execution of maintenance, renovation and renovation work in the various public and private buildings of the PA.
It is mainly:
- maintenance, development and / or renovation work - including supplies and investments - for the rehabilitation of parts of buildings (structural work, completion, sanitary, electrical, heating and ventilation), as well as all books, supplies and accessories,
- punctual repairs, repairs, replacement (masonry, drainage, carpentry, sanitary, electricity, heating and ventilation ...),
- incidentally urgent intervention work requiring availability from the WOs (see contract documents).
