- a public component relating to the design, construction and sale to the contracting authority of 18 public housing units (12 + 6 in conditional phase) and the demolition of a multipurpose room and the demolition / asbestos removal of a block of 12 apartments
- a private component relating to a real estate promotion operation relating to the design, construction and marketing of housing and to the equipment and development of roads and public spaces.
