The subject of the contract is the implementation of the task of management from Przedsiębiorstwo Komunalne "Gniewkowo" Sp. z o.o. of unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste and other fractions of waste collected selectively within the meaning of the Act of 14 December 2012 on waste (i.e.: Journal of Laws of 2022, item 699, as amended), collected by the Ordering Party from the owners of real estate on which residents live, located in the gniewkowo commune.
A detailed description of the subject of the contract, the terms of receipt and payment terms are described in the contract template 6 and in Annex I, which is an integral part of the SWZ.
1) The subject of the contract is the implementation of the management task from Przedsiębiorstwo Komunalne "Gniewkowo" Sp. z o.o. of unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste and other fractions of waste collected in a selective manner within the meaning of the Act of 14 December 2012 on waste (i.e.: Journal of Laws of 2022, item 699, as amended), collected by the Ordering Party from the owners of real estate on which residents live, located in the gniewkowo commune.
2) Waste will be collected at the transport, storage and transshipment base in Kaczków, at the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point. Then, after collecting the appropriate amount, they will be transferred for development directly to the Municipal Installation in accordance with Article 29a(3) of the Act of 14 December 2012. on waste (consolidated volume: Journal of Laws of 2022, item 699, as amended).
3) The Contractor undertakes to mechanically and biologically treat municipal waste and to separate from mixed municipal waste fractions suitable in whole or in part for recovery in a way that ensures the achievement of appropriate levels of recycling, preparation for re-use and recovery by other methods and limiting the weight of biodegradable municipal waste transferred to landfill, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintenance cleanliness and order in municipalities (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1297, as amended) and with the regulations of the Minister of the Environment (Journal of Laws of 2017, item 2412), (Journal of Laws of 2021, item 1530).
4) The Contractor undertakes to provide information on the method of recovery and the amount of waste managed for 2023 by 15 January 2024 at the latest.
5) The Contractor shall ensure the achievement of a reduction in the weight of biodegradable municipal waste transferred to landfill in the manner specified in Article 3c of the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (i.e. consolidated: Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1297, as amended) in relation to the amount collected from the Customer.
