1.The subject of the contract is the provision of a service consisting of the development of unsegregated (mixed municipal waste) and segregated municipal waste originating in the area of the municipality of Krosno Odrzańskie in a municipal installation or installation of recovery and waste disposal. The Contractor shall carry out the order in accordance with the provisions of the law, in particular:

(a) In accordance with the Law of 14 December 2012 on Waste (Journal of Laws of 2021, item 779, i.e.),

(b) According to the Act of 13 September 1996 on the maintenance of cleanliness and order in municipalities (Journal of Laws 2021, item 888, i.e.).

3. Total estimated amount of waste is: 22.559.22 Mg.

4. Municipal waste for its development will be transmitted successively in quantities dependent on the amount of municipal waste collected.

5. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to collect other than in/in waste collected selectively, with the settlement based on the current contractor's price list for the waste code concerned.

The total estimated amount of waste is: 22.559,22 Mg.4. Municipal waste for its use will be transmitted successively in quantities depending on the amount of municipal waste collected. 5. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to receive other than in/in waste collected selectively, with the the settlement will be based on the current price list of the contractor for the waste code. 6. Waste subject to the municipal installation may be developed only in the municipal installation.

7. The Contracting Authority shall require that the Contractor shall ensure that the procurement for the development of non-segregated (mixed) municipal waste with the use of a municipal installation for the processing of waste covered by the contract, as indicated in the list referred to in Article 38b (1) of the Act of on 14 December 2012 on waste (Journal of Laws of 2021, item 779, i.e.). 8. If the municipal installation operated by the Contractor and indicated in the tender will not be able to accept waste during the execution of this object of the contract, the Contractor shall indicate another municipal installation, which will accept municipal waste at the Contractor's expense within the same time as provided for for its delivery to the Contractor. 9. In this case, in the case of need to transport municipal waste to another installation at a distance greater than the distance from the office of the Contracting Authority — City Office in Odrzańskie loom, Parkowa Street 1, to the installation of the Contractor, the Contractor will cover the difference in costs resulting from the need to transport municipal waste for a greater distance. 10. The Contractor will notify the Contractor who will supply the waste for development within the framework of this item procurement of the fact that it is unable to accept the waste and will also indicate to the Contracting Authority another municipal installation and the days and hours of the waste intake by it at the latest on the first day of the period in which it will not be able to accept the waste. 11. The Contractor shall inform the Contracting Authority of any installation failures, downtime in the reception of waste, changes in the operation of the plant, restrictions arising from decisions of supervisory authorities within 24 hours from the time of events, restrictions, downtime. 12. The Contractor undertakes to accept waste for municipal installation from Monday to Friday (except for statutory days off work). 14. The municipal installation should be equipped with a raiding weight. The Contractor shall confirm each time the supply of waste in the BDO.22 system. The detailed quantity and type of waste shall be constituted by the SWZ.
