The Eider-Treene-Schule Friedrichstadt is the branch of the Eider-Treene-Schule in Tönning. At the school in Friedrichstadt, currently 331 students * the school. A sports hall is connected to the school building, which is also used for club sports. The sports hall is missing and is to be replaced by a new two-field sports hall. For this purpose, planning offices are invited to participate in the competition, which have the scope of technical planning, structural planning according to Cover HOAI and have implemented similar measures in the past. The service phases 1-6 should be worked on. The assignment will take place in stages. The client reserves the right to assign only part of the basic services from the aforementioned service profiles.

The following procedure is carried out:

In phase 1, potential applicants are invited to participate and submit the application with the required evidence.

In phase 2, the requests to participate will be checked and the number of admitted applicants will be limited.

Phase 2 applicants will be invited to negotiate separately.

The allocation of planning services acc. HOAI is gradual.

The total construction costs of the KG 200 to 700 are estimated at around EUR 4.16 million net.
