The subject of the contract is the provision of services consisting in the development of municipal waste from the area of Przemyśl Municipality, including:
(a) the development of unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste and waste collected selectively from property owners covered by the municipal waste management system (inhabited, mixed properties) and collected at the Selective Waste Collections Point Municipal (PSZOK),
(b) development of unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste from municipal areas (municipal cemeteries, city markets, city shallets, street baskets, stop baskets, recreational areas, wild dumps, etc.)
Total estimated mass of waste intended for development:
1) unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste code 20 03 01 in quantities up to 13 700 Mg,
2) municipal waste collected selectively in quantities up to 4,675.50 Mg.

Reception and management of used and expired medicines and hazardous and inert waste, covered by the municipal waste management system:
(a) reception and disposal of used and expired medicines
code 20 01 32, in quantities up to 5,5 Mg,
(b) collection and management of hazardous and inert waste collected at the Municipal Waste Collection Point (PSZOK) and from the municipal waste stream, with codes: 15 01 10*, 15 02 02*, 20 01 10, 20 01 11, 20 01 13*, 20 01 19*, 20 01 25, 20 01 01 27*, 20 01 27*, 20 01 28, 20 01 80, 20 01 99, in quantities up to 10 Mg.
