The subject of the contract is the execution and delivery of promotional materials as part of information and promotion activities of the RDP 2014-2020, planned to be implemented under the RDP 2014-2020 communication plan for 2023.

The item of the order consists of 2 parts:

Part 1 – (shopping bag made of jute, metal cup 350ml, ECO paper bag, sports towel, transparent umbrella, sachet fastened at the waist - kidney);

Part 2 – (kitchen knife, cutting board).

The subject of the contract is described in the Detailed Description of the Subject of the Order (hereinafter referred to as "SOPZ"), constituting Annex No. 1 to the SWZ, which is also Annex 1 to the contract.

In order to confirm the compliance of the offered deliveries with the detailed description of the subject of the contract, the contracting authority requests samples of the subject of the contract, depending on the task for which the offer is submitted. The samples should be as described in the OPZ
