1.The subject of the contract is the service of preparation, organization and comprehensive service of the conference of the food and processing industry in Sandomierz and the services of comprehensive organization of the incoming economic mission.

2.The subject of the contract has been divided into tasks:

Task I – CONFERENCE:

service of preparation, organization and comprehensive service of conferences, in Sandomierz, for up to 70 people on August 25, 2023 entitled: "Export potential

and commercial producers of the Świętokrzyskie food and processing sector", implemented from the funds of the Regional Operational Programme of the Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship for 2014-2020.

Task II – ECONOMIC MISSION

a comprehensive organization of an incoming economic mission of foreign entrepreneurs / journalists / traders / importers from the food and processing industry in the period 23-26 August 2023, implemented from the funds of the Regional Operational Program of the Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship for 2014-2020.

1.The subject of the contract is the service of preparation, organization and comprehensive service of the conference of the food and processing industry in Sandomierz and the services of comprehensive organization of the incoming economic mission.

2.The subject of the contract has been divided into tasks:

A. Task I – CONFERENCE:

1) the service of preparation, organization and comprehensive service of the conference, in Sandomierz, for a maximum of 70 people on August 25, 2023 entitled: "Export potential

and commercial producers of the Świętokrzyskie food and processing sector", implemented from the funds of the Regional Operational Programme of the Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship for 2014-2020.

2) The contractor's tasks shall include, m.in:

a) providing electronic registration with access control using QR codes

(e-registration and e-reception)

(b) provision of a conference room with equipment;

c) providing a catering service during the conference;

d) conference service, printing the conference program, making badges, lanyards, conference materials and regional sets;

(e) simultaneous and consecutive interpreting;

f) professional photographic documentation of the conference and preparation of a report summarizing the conference.

B. Task II – ECONOMIC MISSION

1) the service of comprehensive organization of the incoming economic mission of foreign entrepreneurs / journalists / traders / importers from the food and processing industry in the period 23-26 August 2023, implemented from the funds of the Regional Operational Program of the Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship for 2014-2020.

2) The economic mission will last 4 days (including the arrival and departure of foreign mission participants) and will take place on 23-26.08.2023 in Sandomierz

and its surroundings.

3) Participants of the incoming economic mission are entrepreneurs, journalists, traders

and importers from the food and processing industry – a total of 10 people (2 people representing a foreign company from the following countries: Egypt, Morocco, Algeria, Germany, the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland).

4) The number of persons representing the Contracting Authority on the spot (Marshal's Office of the Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship) is 3 people.

3. A detailed description of the subject of the Order is included in Annex 1 to the SWZ.

4. The Ordering Party:

did not divide this contract into lots and does not allow partial tenders, because the tasks under the subject of the contract concerning the comprehensive service of preparation, organization and comprehensive service of the conference of the food and processing industry in Sandomierz and the service of comprehensive organization of the incoming economic mission for importers from the food and processing sector are related to each other in a way that makes it impossible to divide the contract into lots,

does not allow variants to be submitted,

does not specify employment requirements based on an employment relationship,

in the circumstances referred to in Article 95 of the Act and the requirements for the employment of persons referred to in Article 96(2)(2) of the PPL

does not reserve the right to apply for the award of the contract only by contractors referred to in Article 94 of the Act,

does not provide for the award of contracts referred to in Article 214(1)(7) of the Act,

does not provide for an on-site inspection and verification by the contractor of the documents necessary for the performance of the contract available on site at the contracting authority,

does not provide for the conclusion of a framework agreement,

does not provide for an electronic auction,

does not provide for the obligation of the Contractor to personally perform the key tasks referred to in Articles 60 and 121 of the PPL;

does not require submission of offers in the form of electronic catalogues or attaching electronic catalogues to the offer, in the situation specified in Article 93 of the Act,

does not provide for reimbursement of the costs of participation in the proceedings, subject to Article 261 of the Act,

does not provide for the granting of advances for the performance of the contract.
