The purpose of this framework agreement is to ensure the maintenance, monitoring, operational assistance and development of the LAN and Wi-Fi network infrastructures of the Pays de la Loire Region. It should be noted that the current Nexus core networks reaching the end of manufacturer support will have to be renewed in the first half of 2024. The Framework Agreement shall take effect from the date of its notification to the holder. It is concluded for a firm period of 48 months. This framework agreement is a single-party contractor. The cumulative minimum and maximum amounts of orders and follow-on contracts that may be carried out under this framework agreement are defined as follows: - Minimum amount: 400,000 euro(s) excl. VAT for 48 months - maximum amount: 1,000,000 euro(s) excl. VAT for 48 months Unit prices are shown in the unit price list
