The subject of the contract is a service concerning: civil liability insurance, property insurance and motor insurance. The subject of the contract has been divided into 3 parts:

PART I – civil liability insurance,

PART II – property insurance,

PART III – motor insurance

1. compulsory civil liability insurance of the entity performing medical activity for damage resulting from the provision of health services or unlawful omission to provide health services.

2. voluntary civil liability insurance for damage caused to a third party in connection with the conducted business and owned property

3. surplus civil liability insurance for damage caused to a third party as a result of providing health services or unlawful omission to provide health services in connection with the performance of medical activity by the Ordering Party

2. Insurance of electronic equipment against all risks

3. Insurance of construction machinery and equipment

1. Compulsory insurance of civil liability in respect of the owner of a motor vehicle

2. auto casco insurance;

3. accident insurance for driver and passengers;

4. Assistance insurance.
