European open procedure tender for the procurement of school reception services with reduced environmental impact (D.M.A.T.M 10.3.2020) in the municipalities of Rosignano Marittimo, Castagneto Carducci and Bibbona — divided into n. 3 lots, with the most economically advantageous bid criterion based on the best quality/price ratio.

School reception service with reduced environmental impact (D.M.A.T.M 10.3.2020) and related activities, for schools in the municipal territory of Rosignano Marittimo, September 2021-July 2022

The service has as its object:

1) Global Service: supply of about 1 000 average cooked meals daily and related services, for primary schools in the territory including teachers and educators present at the time of the meal, consisting of in: supply of raw materials, processing and cooking in production centers of the winning company, packaging, transport, administration, regoverning, cleaning premises, waste transfer, monitoring and fighting weeds, daily ordering of meals, attendance detection with computer tools (tablets) on the municipal attendance management application;

2) project 0/6: school schooling services directed to children up to six years of age for which approximately 650 average daily meals are provided. This service includes: purchase and delivery of groceries for communal kitchens engaged in the aforementioned project, food supply for morning snack, meal transport activities, administration, governing, local cleaning and waste provision, monitoring and fighting weeds in municipal kitchens, refectors of all plexuses and municipal educational facilities 0-6 years including outdoor areas, daily ordering of meals, attendance detection with computer tools (tablets) on the municipal attendance management application; the services requested in points No. 1 and No. 2 they are better identified in the organizational form n. 1 attached to the tender documents;

3) support service and integration of municipal activities in educational services: cleaning activities in the complexes of municipal educational services 0/6 years, custody service for n. 3 municipal kindergartens and activities aimed at ensuring the quality of the meal production service for the 0-6 years range regarding the numerical parameters necessary for production in compliance with current regulations.

The services requested are best identified in the organizational form n. 2 attached to the tender documents; for cleaning and the use of detergents, the CAM referred to in the Ministry Decree must be applied of the Environment 51/2021.

School catering service with reduced environmental impact — years 2021-2022, 2022-2023, 2023-2024 for the Municipality of Castagneto Carducci

The service has as its object:

a) preparation, transport and distribution of meals for pupils and teachers of state and private parity schools, primary schools, first degree secondary schools present on the municipal territory;

b) supply, transport and administration of breakfasts for paritarian state and private kindergartens;

c) cleaning and execution of ordinary and extraordinary maintenance of the equipment and furnishings supplied to the kitchens, outbuildings and areas of relevance (handouts, dressing rooms, bathrooms, changing rooms) and refectors (consumer terminals) and washing rooms; the cleaning of the refectors is the responsibility of the auxiliary staff operating in the school facilities, while the company is responsible for cleaning and cleaning sanitizing the tables before eating meals and cleaning them at the end of administration and, in the case of miscuous use of the refection spaces, before consumption;

d) record of the daily attendance of users in the different school complexes (students and teachers); the survey must be carried out in electronic format;

e) supply of foodstuffs for the preparation of breakfasts, meals and snacks of the municipal nursery nursery “Dindolon”. If during the course of the contract, the municipal administration decides not to make the preparation of meals with its own staff, they may request their preparation from the contractor, putting, if necessary, to arrangement of the same the kitchen supplied to the educational service in the subject, in which case the supply is transformed from the supply of goods to the supply of meals.

School reception service for the school years 2021-2022, 2022-2023, 2023-2024 for the Municipality of Bibbona.

The service has as its object:

— sharing meals in the preparation of menus,

— sharing HACCP procedures and traceability,

— staff training in the field of HACCP,

— purchase of foodstuffs,

— storage and storage of the goods,

— cleaning, local sanitation and purchase of cleaning materials for the centralized kitchen and distribution centers in compliance with the D.M. on cleaning CAM,

— emergency management,

— meal production,

— fouling meals,

— meal transport service from the centralized kitchen to the distribution centers,

— waste collection at distribution centers and centralized kitchen,

— routine and extraordinary maintenance of equipment in use at the centralized kitchen and school distribution centers,

— purchase paper products for the centralized kitchen and for school canteens,

— purchase of crockery, small utensils and small equipment,

— purchase of clothing for the chef of the administration and replacement of the PC in the event of a malfunction or inefficiency of the same,

— laundry service.
