Banbury Town Council is seeking expressions of interest from contractors for its sports field maintenance contract due to start on the 1.4.2020. The closing date for these expressions of interest to be received by the Town Council is the 27.9.2019.

This is one of 2 grounds maintenance contracts that will be tendered in October 2019 through a competitive procedure with negotiation. The evidence provided by prospective contractors through this expressions of interest notice will be assessed, with a shortlist drawn up of potentially 3-5 contractors who will be invited to tender for the work.

This sport grounds maintenance contract will include tasks such as the maintenance of fine turf (bowling greens and cricket), sports and general grass areas, shrub beds, mixed borders, hedges, play areas, hard surfaces, seasonal bedding and some drainage features.

The expressions of interest must be sent back with any evidence or corroborating material to the address shown in the questionnaire which is to Mark Recchia MA FICS FSLCC, Town Clerk, Banbury Town Council, Bridge Street, Banbury OX16 5QB no later than noon on the 27.9.2019.
