The subject of the contract is the construction of a gravity sanitary sewage network in plots No. 103/13 and 171/4 from 0010 Janów (ul. Urbanowicza), the commune of Stare Babice. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is contained in the Specification of Essential Terms of the Contract (SIWZ part IIII - description of the subject of the contract) and project documentation constituting an attachment to the ToR.
1. The subject of the contract is the construction of a gravity sanitary sewage network in plots No. 103/13 and 171/4 from precinct 0010 Janów (ul. Urbanowicza), commune Stare Babice.
1) The sewage system consists of:
a) gravity sewage pipelines made of PVC-U pipes, class SN8 with a solid wall diameter of Ø 200 with an elongated socket about 103.5 m long;
e) gravity sewer pipelines made of PVC-U pipes, class SN 8 with a solid wall diameter of Ø 160 with an elongated socket about 9 m long;
f) plastic sewage wells of the Tegra type or equivalent Ø 425 with cross kinetics - 2 items;
g) plastic sewage wells of the Tegra type or equivalent with Ø 600 with connection cuvette - 1 item
2) Include in the existing sewage system in plot no. or 103/34 - Janów precinct.
3) Connect PVC pipes with Forsheda or equivalent gaskets.
4) Integra Gliwice or equivalent distance skids should be used in seamless steel protective pipes. The end of protective tubes should be secured with "N" type Integra Gliwice sleeves or equivalent.
5) The Ordering Party informs that manholes for a well with a diameter of Ø 600 mm should be ordered in accordance with the model shown in graphic attachment No. 1. The manholes on the outside should be protected with an anti-corrosive coating.
6) If it is necessary before the commencement of the investment, the Contractor is obliged to notify the intention to start works to the Provincial Office for the Protection of Monuments.
2. Comments on the description of the subject of the contract:
1) The subject of the order describes in detail:
a) Design documentation - Construction project - Construction of the sanitary sewage system in Janów ul. Urbanowicza, Gm. Stare Babice.
b) Technical specifications for the performance and acceptance of construction works.
c) Instruction of the Head of the Stare Babice Commune regarding restoration of the pavement within the road lane.
d) Resolution of the Management Board No. 3/2013 of the Commune Enterprise of Eko-Babice Sp. z o. o. on fixing prices for closing and opening gate valves on the water supply network in the Stare Babice commune.
e) Resolution of the Management Board No. 5/2018 of the Commune Enterprise of Eko-Babice Sp. z o. o. regarding: requirements for Contractors regarding the specification of GIS data on newly constructed sewage network facilities.
3. The possibilities of awarding contracts referred to in art. 67 section 1 point 6 of the PPL Act. The awarding entity within 3 years of the award of the basic contract envisages the award of contracts whose subject will consist in the repetition of works similar to those which are the subject of this contract, and their total value will not exceed 50% of the value of the basic contract and has been included in it. The possible scope of these orders includes, in particular, works related to the construction / expansion of the gravity sanitary sewage system and other accompanying works that will become due to be performed in connection with the implementation of the contract in question. The orders referred to above will be awarded under the conditions set out in a separate contract - in accordance with the content of the basic contract (the scope, deadline, length of warranty for defects, the need to require security for due performance of the contract or the Contractor's remuneration, etc. may change), after negotiations with the basic contractor.
