This concerns a European restricted tender by the National Ombudsman for the conclusion of an Agreement with one Contractor who acts as a service integrator (SI), who ensures the connection of the own services and services of third parties (case system, Microsoft Cloud or Azure, hosted, etc.) and who guarantees the continuity and availability of the environment at the National Ombudsman.

All entrepreneurs who meet the requirements are invited to submit a Registration. This can be done independently, in Partnership (combination) and/or by calling on Third Parties.

The estimate of the contract value is € 410,000 per year, excl. migration and transition and excl. VAT, for the following components:

a) Workplace management, incl. housing and hosting for 260 workstations and 30 applications

b) On site support

c) Projects and major changes

The maximum amount for migration and transition is € 300,000 excl. VAT.

Counting with an Agreement of a maximum of 8 years (see below), this results in an estimated contract value of € 3,580,000 (incl. migration and transition) excl. VAT.
